1. What are the benefits of creating an Account? 

There are several benefits of creating an Account including:

Orders

1. How can I place an Order?

Select your products from the mycomfyclothing.com website and click Add to Bag. Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Bag, follow these instructions: If you are a registered customer,

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select address and click Next
  3. Select payment method

For credit card payments, follow the on-screen instructions

  1. Click on ‘Place Order’
  2. Check your email for a Sales Order Summary

If you are not a registered customer,

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information

2. How do I search for an item on the website?

Click on the search icon on the top right of the website.Enter name of the item looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.

3. Is size chart available?

Size charts are available for all products listed on our website.

4. What is the minimum order value for free shipping?

Please note free delivery options will be revoked during sales period due to higher discounts offered. During non-sale period, free shipping for orders above USD$50 will be continued.

5. When will I receive my order?

Every order is printed once we receive your order. We do not have a warehouse or stock on hand. Because of this, we process most orders within 7 business days. Most orders ship via USPS mail, however some can ship via other methods if needed. Most orders will be shipped via First Class mail which can take 4-7 days to arrive once shipped. At this time we do not offer shipping upgrades.

6. How will I know if MyComfyClothing has received my Order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Service 

7. Can I modify an Order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. 

8. How can I check the status of my Order?

You click on the Track Your Order link to track the status of your Order.

9. How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. 

 

10. Do you ship Internationally?     

We now ship to Canada!

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, machine wash cold. We recommend turning the shirt inside out during wash. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for best results. Shirts may shrink slightly in the dryer. Do not iron over the ink. We are not responsible for shirts damaged due to improper care.

 

SIZE INFORMATION

Each of our listings includes detailed measurements for each size. If you are having difficulty determining which size you need, we recommend comparing our measurements against your favorite shirt. Lay your shirt on a flat surface and measure each area and then choose the size that most closely matches our measurements.

Currently, we only offer S, M, L, XL & 2XL sizes. If you need an XS or extended sizes, please email us at support@mycomfyclothing.com for availability. These sizes can have availability issues, which is why we do not keep them listed online. However, we can often fulfill these sizes as needed.

 

HOW ARE SHIRTS PRINTED?

Our shirts are printed with a unique method called direct to garment printing (DTG). DTG is an incredibly durable method, comparable to screen printing.

Returns & Exchange

We have a strict "No exchange and No Return" policy, Keep in mind, colors that appear on the screen may vary from the physical products. If the receive appears to have any sort of defect, please email Customer Service us within 3 days of purchase.

 

1 How do I process return for damaged goods?

Any discrepancy in delivered items must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of purchase by email us at customerservice@mycomfyclothingcom. After our team reviews the product, customers will be offered an exchange with same price value product.

 

1.2 Refunds

We have a strict “No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds, in most cases, will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Customers will be credited for the cost of the article(s) and applicable taxes.

 

1.3 How will I receive my refund?

We do not process refunds via cards/cash.

Only following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
